I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean rooms at Sonesta Es Suites. The decor may be a little dated, but everything was well-maintained and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, including a dishwasher and large refrigerator. The beds were extremely comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The hotel also had a nice outdoor pool, which I didn't get a chance to use but looked inviting. The included breakfast had a good variety of options, and the waffle-making station was a fun touch. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, with many shops nearby and easy access to the train station for a 30-minute ride into downtown SF. Despite being close to the airport, the noise from planes didn't bother me inside the room. I had a great stay at Sonesta Es Suites and would definitely recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The suite I stayed in was spacious, clean, and modern. The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel provided complimentary breakfast every day and had social hours with food and drinks. The location was ideal, close to the airport and a BART station for easy travel to the city. There were also shops nearby for convenience. The hotel had grilling facilities and a pool for guests to enjoy.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel-apartment. The facilities were excellent, with a fully-equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and even a laundry facility on the premises. The staff was friendly and the hotel was well-maintained. We also enjoyed the convenience of free parking and the option to bring our complimentary breakfast from the dining hall to our room. The location was perfect, within walking distance to a shopping center with restaurants and just a short walk to the train station for easy access to San Francisco.

During my stay at a hotel near the airport, I was impressed with the location's convenience for rental car return. Additionally, the nearby restaurants made dining out an easy and delicious option. The rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean, and the service was exceptional. The breakfast was satisfying and a great start to the day. Plus, access to the heated swimming pool and hot tub was a great perk!

The noise level from the nearby pool area was a bit disruptive at times.

Friendly staff, efficient shuttle service, convenient location next to a shopping plaza, comfortable and well-equipped rooms, small continental breakfast included.

I got great value for my money at Sonesta Es Suites in San Bruno. The room was spacious and comfortable with a separate bedroom, sitting room, and kitchen. The location was convenient, right next to the BART transport station, and the staff was amazing.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by extending the hours till 10am and adding more variety to the daily buffet.

Our suite was very comfortable and clean. The hotel's amenities, including the pool, hot tub, and kitchen, made our stay extra enjoyable. The staff even allowed us a late check out. we recommend Sonesta for a great stay near the airport.

Stayed here for an early morning flight, and it was perfect! The location is incredibly convenient - just across the road from Lucky's supermarket, nearby restaurants, a shopping centre, and the airport. Staff were really helpful and friendly, and the suite we stayed in was great - large living room with a pull-out couch, comfortable beds and good facilities. Breakfast was included too, which was a nice bonus.

The service at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and the maid who cleaned our room was also nice. Great service. the 2 bedroom suite we stayed in was perfect for our family of 6. the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and private bathrooms. the kitchen was well, equipped and the full, sized fridge was a bonus. the hotel had a decent, sized heated pool and hot tub, which were clean and enjoyable.

The hotel is a bit far from San Francisco, but it is conveniently close to the airport. the breakfast offered at the hotel was disappointing.

The rooms were incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of the Bart station and in a safe neighborhood. The pool looked inviting, with a family having a great time. As a Chicago Bulls fan, we appreciated the breakfast service and shuttle service to nearby restaurants. The staff was absolutely amazing, with a fantastic attitude and made us feel like family. The facilities were well-maintained and the breakfast options were excellent. We loved the convenience of the free washer and dryer. The staff even loaned us a computer attachment so we could use our own laptop. our stay was mind-blowing and super comfortable. The manager went above and beyond to help us.

The check-in process was quick and the front desk staff was friendly. the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was great to have earplugs provided for the occasional airplane noise. the breakfast offered a fresh and good selection of food.

The rooms were not soundproof, so it was easy to hear noisy neighbors. Being an airport hotel, there was constant hustle and bustle with people coming and going.
