Best aspects of the hotel were the spacious rooms and convenient location. the rooms were large and had everything we needed for our stay, including a full kitchen and living area. the location was perfect, close to the mall and great restaurants. It made it easy to explore the city and find places to eat.

Worst aspects of the hotel were the uncomfortable beds and outdated furnishings. the beds were old and worn out, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The bathrooms were equipped with top-notch Paul Mitchell toiletries and offered the choice of a tub or walk-in shower. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances, and they even offer a grocery shopping service. The hotel's central location near Pecan Mall was convenient for shopping and movies. The breakfast provided was superb, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Despite the ongoing renovations, the hotel rooms were unaffected and provided a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I recently stayed at Residence Inn in Monroe for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We even had a mishap where we left something in the freezer and the staff went above and beyond to retrieve it for us. The front desk staff made us feel welcomed and the maintenance worker was so polite. The room, although small, was nice and cozy. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
