This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the location was very convenient, with shopping and restaurants nearby. Secondly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the fact that they were pre-booked by my brother-in-law gave me peace of mind. Lastly, the staff provided excellent service, from the warm smiles and helpful attitude at the front desk to the attentive and friendly ladies at breakfast. The attention to detail, such as the beautiful landscaping and water wheel view outside the window, added to the overall positive experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with its clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great breakfast options. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering us drinks upon arrival and departure. The hotel facilities, including the pool area and outdoor patio, were beautiful and well-maintained. Additionally, the location of the hotel up on a hill provided a nice view and added a unique touch, with an old cemetery dating back to the early 1800s right next door to explore.

The breakfast was great, and Ghada the cook was very sweet and friendly. The location was great, with easy access to everything we needed. The staff, particularly Tracy, were wonderful and made us feel at home. The hotel was clean and well-kept.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Warren for my sister's wedding. The staff was friendly and efficient, with a beautiful and inviting lobby. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, including the breakfast area and swimming pool. The beds had both fluffy and flat pillows, accommodating different preferences. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and the mall. it was a wonderful stay that makes me want to come back.

Additionally, the hotel did not provide the advertised happy hour with adult beverages, which was a letdown. It would have been nice to have those amenities available as they were advertised.

This hotel has a good location in the Niles Warren area, near to everything. There's a beautiful patio with a waterfall and a swimming pool, including jacuzzi, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is exceptionally friendly and offered complimentary beverages and bottled water at check-in and check-out.

The location of this hotel was ideal as it was on a hill and overlooked an old cemetery with an interesting history. It was also conveniently located in the Niles Warren area close to local amenities. The room was clean, quiet, and had a comfortable bed. The hot tub and pool facilities were nice, and the general manager was accommodating and friendly.

One of the receptionists was not very knowledgeable, which lead to some confusion during our stay.
