The parking lot was well-maintained, and it was easy to come and go. I also appreciated the friendly and attentive staff who always made me feel welcome. They went out of their way to be helpful, creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment. The rooms were clean, and the complimentary shuttle to the Silver Spring Metro station was convenient.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The desk manager went above and beyond to accommodate my needs as a handicapped guest. She even arranged for a chair to be brought to the main desk for my check-in. Additionally, she personally brought me some breakfast items when I had difficulty ordering food for my room. I felt well-taken care off during my stay.

There were a few drawbacks. The room I was assigned was far from the elevator, which was challenging for me as I use a walker.
