The air conditioning worked perfectly, allowing us to have a peaceful and cool night's sleep. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a large indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. The location was convenient, with an easy commute to popular attractions such as Lego Land and the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago. The breakfast provided was amazing, with a delicious variety of options and a friendly breakfast staff. we had a fantastic experience.

As a family with children, we absolutely loved the expansive swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna. The indoor pool area had plenty of chairs for lounging, and there were always an abundance of towels available. It was the perfect place to relax and have fun with the kids!

We felt immediately at home at Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Bolingbrook, An Ihg Hotel. No complaints whatsoever.

Great room and friendly staff. the room exceeded our expectations and the staff was very accommodating. We called ahead for early check-in and they were very welcoming. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Customer service was excellent and made our stay enjoyable.

The hot tub was not well-maintained and the complementary coffee was not good. These were minor issues, but could be improved for a better experience.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

We recently stayed at a hotel which was located near many restaurants, both in and out of the hotel. Located in a nice area, it was also close to many tourist attractions such as the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago. We loved our clean room, comfortable bed, and the facilities- especially the great pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast was delicious and had many options to choose from. The view from our room of the surrounding area was breathtaking.

We did have some noise problems in the evenings.
