Our stay at Red Roof Inn was fantastic. The rooms looked newly remodeled and were exceptionally clean. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job, keeping the room smelling fresh every day. The highlight of our stay was Angie at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make our stay even better, providing excellent service and ensuring we had a room with a great view. We felt welcomed and valued as customers. Despite a few minor inconveniences like limited parking and the absence of a coffee maker in the room, the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to others.

They even brought me a coffee maker, even though it wasn't included in the room. The renovations at this hotel have made it comparable to higher-end establishments, with clean crisp linens, updated baths, and comfy beds. All of this for just $59. Amazing!

Tom went above and beyond by offering us a free pizza, showing great customer service. The location may be challenging for RVs due to the sharp hill, but the room was comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Fairmont. The facilities were fairly new and everything was in working order. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The location was excellent, just 2 minutes off the freeway, yet very quiet within the courtyard. I appreciated being close to restaurants, gas stations, and shopping areas. The staff provided excellent service, with Tom greeting me promptly and answering all my questions. I also liked that the hotel was close to transportation options.

We loved the convenient location with plenty of nearby restaurants and easy access to Interstate 79. The room had ample space and good lighting, with multiple outlets for charging our devices. We especially enjoyed the digital AC that allowed us to set the perfect temperature. The front desk staff, especially Linda and Hunter, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. We even left something valuable behind, but thanks to their honesty, it was found and returned to us.
