I was pleasantly surprised by the luxurious and grand atmosphere of the hotel. The spacious room with tall ceilings made me feel like I was in a palace. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a heavenly night's sleep. The hotel's location in the heart of the city, close to the Oslo Royal Palace and Karl Johans Gate, was a major plus. I also appreciated the free access to the spa area, which included a swimming pool, sauna, steam sauna, and infrared cabin. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering both sweet and savory options. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and indulgent getaway.

Although there were some minor areas that showed signs of age, such as scrapes on the bathroom door, it added to the historical charm of the building.

We loved the central location, making it easy for us to explore the city using the fantastic local transport. Location on the beautiful square: The hotel was located on a beautiful square and was very close to a metro station. It was also within walking distance of the city center and other attractions in the area. Breakfast: The breakfast range was excellent, with a great variety of options from sweet to savory. It was a great way to start the day. Staff: The staff at the hotel were well-trained and very helpful. They made us feel welcome and assisted us with any questions or requests we had.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to transport links and sightseeing venues. Comfortable and clean rooms with well-maintained bathrooms and good amenities. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide selection of food, including the nice touch of having avocados available.

Noise was a major issue during the stay, especially during the last day. Thin walls resulted in being able to hear conversations and noises from the neighboring room, making sleep difficult.
