The lobby was impressive, and check-in was quick and efficient. Although the room was spacious and the bed comfortable, I noticed some maintenance issues like flickering bulbs and a noisy environment. Overall, a reasonably pleasant experience, but there’s room for improvement.

So I checked into this clean place, good vibe you know. One of the maids was a lifesaver when I got a mixup with my room key. She helped me carry my stuff down when they tried to send me to a room someone was still in. The room I got was fresh, no carpet, just how I like it. It smelled nice, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but I’d say it’s worth it for the safety and cleanliness.

This was just a reliable pick for a weekend breather in Columbia with value for money. The attached restaurant was pretty good, and the owner was a great guy who made us feel welcomed. If you're sensitive to noise, consider bringing earplugs for a better night's sleep.

the 6th floor hallway was absoluteley a sauna, no air conditioning at all! and don’t even get me started on the running toilet! I honestly expected a complimentary welcome gift for enduring such inconveniences. I considered giving a good review, but just couldn’t, not with the kitchen closed and the dreadful coffee situation.

i almost gave a good review, but the noisy room doors ruined it for me. no free coffee in the lobby either, which is a basic expectation. i woudl ve appreciated a complimentary welcome gift for enduring these inconveniences, as clearly being an elite guest is not in the cards here. what a letdown!

The absence of a microwave in the room was inconvenient, forcing us to go downstairs to warm up our food.

Plus, the hotel was close to some outlet shopping, which was a hit with the family. It was great having my mom with us.

My wife says that a microwave in the room would have made it so much easier. It would be great if there were more family-friendly dining options available.

this hotel is in a great location, super close to fort jackson and they really took care of us with free meals every thursday for our group. the staff seemed nice and really tried to help us feel welcome. also, the room was pretty big and comfy, which was a plus after long days of training. plus, the entryway looked nice even if a little blood was there for a while, kinda weird but whatever.

The double queen room was quite comfy for our group, and we enjoyed the modern look. Check-in was smooth as butter, and the staff certainly tried to be helpful amidst some madness as they were still updating things.

However, they really rushed us at checkout—like we were hot potatoes or something! A little more chill would’ve been nice, but I guess they’d run out of patience by then.
