I recently stayed at Doubletree By Hilton for three nights during the Hurricane Laura evacuation and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service. Despite being understaffed, the hotel staff remained kind, accommodating, and understanding of our situation. From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant, every staff member was pleasant and helpful. They even allowed us to bring our dog and had a convenient washer and dryer available. The location was right off the highway, the hotel itself was modern, and our queen suite was spacious. The staff was friendly and professional, and the room was impressively clean.

We felt safe throughout our stay, thanks to the well-lit area. The breakfast provided was wonderful, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. We especially appreciated the lady in the lobby who not only pointed us in the right direction but actually walked us to where we needed to go.

Everything is what I need and want.

Value for money, central location, and excellent staff. The room was also equipped with a kitchenette, which was very convenient. Breakfast was included and the on-site restaurant was better than the other places we tried in the area.
