The layout of the room, especially the bathroom, was odd and not comfortable. The food at the bar was very bad. The hotel failed to inform us that the "day" for the resort surcharge was from 4pm to 11am, not a calendar day. The "hang your towel to reuse" sign was pointless since there was no towel rack to hang them on.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, with easy access to transportation and being just steps away from Union Square. The proximity to China Town and other city attractions made it a great spot for exploring. The staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

The San Francisco Marriott Union Square exceeded my expectations in every way. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the view from my room on the 22nd floor was absolutely stunning. The hotel staff were not only friendly but also extremely helpful, making my solo trip even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, just one block away from Union Square. Additionally, there was a 24-hour Walgreens conveniently located on the corner and a fantastic Japanese restaurant right across the street.

As a young family, we loved the easy check-in process and the helpfulness of the counter staff. We were able to change our room to a king bed with early check-in, which was perfect for our needs. The 25th-floor room offered a stunning view of the bay and city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and after weeks of travel, it was a welcome relief. The breakfast options were great, and the location of the hotel made it convenient to explore the city. The air conditioning in the room was also easy to adjust, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay.

We had a great stay at the Marriott Union Square. The recently refurbished room was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. The shower was nice and the bonus of a long sofa was perfect for our son. The location was fantastic and the views from the higher floor were great. The staff, especially Ms. Kelley at the front desk, were friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in San Francisco.

I had an amazing stay here! The location was perfect for me, with a cable car stop just around the corner and plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were incredible and so accommodating, from allowing early check-ins to providing extra blankets and pillows for my group of four. The room itself was clean and cozy, with all the amenities I needed, including a great view of the bustling streets and excellent wifi.
