Stayed at the Holiday Inn in Pearl for a quick weekend getaway. The room was cozy and the staff went above and beyond with their customer service. Room service was top-notch, delivering delicious food right to our door. The morning staff greeted us with politeness and the pool was a refreshing escape. Although a few minor hiccups, overall it was a pleasant stay.

Location was key for our stay at Holiday Inn. It was walking distance to the Tesla Superchargers. The comfortable beds, quiet rooms, and courteous staff were an added bonus. Upon entering our room, the A/C was already on at 65 degrees F, making it easy to adjust to our desired temperature. The staff, especially Shaun at the front desk, was wonderful in getting things done. The hotel restaurant and staff were great, always friendly and helpful.

As a backpacker, I loved the central location of this hotel. Clean rooms, comfy beds, and a nice breakfast. The bath and body works products were a nice touch.

The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel provided ample parking spaces. Additionally, we loved the hotel's proximity to the Mississippi Braves stadium, which was right across the street.

This hotel is perfectly located by the outlet mall, near the Jackson Braves stadium, and with easy access to many stores. The restaurant serves delicious food and features excellent service. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, modern, and well-equipped with outlets and amenities. For instance, some rooms feature two queen beds.

Although the hotel is overall great, there are few lighting and outlet issues in some of the rooms.

Conveniently located near the outlet mall and only a 10-minute drive to Jackson. The room was comfortable and the customer service was excellent. The restaurant wasn't operational and breakfast wasn't provided, but there are many nearby restaurants to drive to. The Tesla Superchargers were within walking distance, and the beds were comfortable with a quiet room.

The hotel was undergoing renovations, but our room was still clean and spacious. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to my allergies. They promptly removed any feather pillows and bedding that could have triggered a reaction. the location was very convenient, right off the interstate, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby for a delicious meal. We also enjoyed the complimentary full breakfast, which was a tasty bonus.

The noise was a bit of an issue during our stay. the walls seemed thin, and we could hear people talking in the hallway.

We had a wonderful new year experience at this hotel! the breakfast buffet was amazing and included complimentary coffee and tea. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect, right next to a popular Bass Pro Shop and other convenient shops. We also loved the comfortable beds and cozy lighting in our clean room.
