Perfect location for exploring Salem

This place has a fantastic location! Everything’s within walking distance - historic sites, shops, and eateries. The room was spacious and clean, which was great. The staff was super helpful too. Just wish they had a restaurant or bar open for food because that would’ve been nice. Plus, parking can be tricky at times.

The location is great and close to attractions.

The lobby feels cramped and uninviting, especially in winter. We had to deal with missing linens and poor customer service.

At my first stay, the staff helped with directions. This place has everything I need: Wi-Fi, indoor pool, fitness center, and a restaurant. On-site car park was convenient. Coming back for Easter.

The hotel’s location is excellent with all main attractions within a 5-10-minute walk, including access to the ferry into Boston. The Regatta restaurant in the hotel is a nice spot to grab a bite as well. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with great service from the friendly staff. The pool area is also very nice.

Monday mornings can be noisy due to the garbage trucks which wake up guests early.

The facilities were spotless and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially loved the delicious food at the restaurant and the warm and relaxing pool.

Check-in was a breeze and the staff were friendly. the rooms were clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. the location of the hotel was perfect, with great dining options and attractions nearby.

The towels felt rough and uncomfortable, as if they were starched. Housekeeping was not efficient, as my room was not cleaned despite being told it was available.

We absolutely loved the beds at the hotel - they were so comfortable and provided us with great nights' sleep. The location was perfect for our weekend in Salem as we were able to walk everywhere, and the free parking was a great bonus.
