The location is great, we enjoyed our stay here as it was very convenient to walk to all the nearby venues and outlets. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and attended to our needs and questions promptly. The room amenities were great, with everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. The outdoor swimming pool and leisure facilities were excellent and we enjoyed the sauna as well. The staff went above and beyond in treating us to an exceptional experience.

Excellent location for conventions and events. Spacious and clean rooms with great views of the city and canal. Efficient and friendly staff who provided roll-away and shower chair if needed. Also, breakfast was enjoyable with good food at reasonable prices.

The room was nice and clean. the front desk staff was very nice and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. the hotel's location was great, just a short walk to the Riverwalk area and the nearby bar/restaurants on the water were a nice place to hang out in the evening.

There was construction happening at the front pickup area, which was a bit inconvenient. Housekeeping only came on the fifth day and it was difficult to reach the front desk at times.

The location was perfect, with beautiful views and close to trendy spots in the city. The staff, both at the front desk and valet, were friendly, helpful, and attentive. As young people, we enjoyed the amazing venues, cool architecture, and variety of activities within walking distance.

Great stay! We had an amazing romantic escape. the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi made our stay extra special. the location was perfect, just a few minutes stroll to the concert venue and some great restaurants. the view from our room was breathtaking, it really enhanced our whole experience.

The room was a bit outdated and could have been cleaner. there was loud construction noise during the day which made it hard to relax in our room.
