It has a great pool area with plenty of shade and sunshine, perfect for lounging and relaxing. The dining room is also impressive, offering a wonderful atmosphere for enjoying delicious meals. the hotel's location is ideal for those interested in visiting the nearby Monte Albán ruins, which are truly awe-inspiring.

One negative aspect mentioned by a guest was the lack of change at the front desk, resulting in an unpleasant encounter with a guest who had to pay an exorbitant amount for a cup of regular coffee.

Firstly, the value for money at this hotel was excellent, considering the beautiful surroundings and the A+ service we received. The room turnover twice a day was a great touch, and we especially loved the relaxing oasis with the pool. The staff treated us wonderfully, with the concierge being a standout in terms of being warm, helpful, and professional.

The breakfast experience could have been better if the hot items were consistently hot, as sometimes they were served cold.

We had an incredible stay at Quinta Real. the hotel, located in a beautifully restored convent, exuded an amazing atmosphere. the gardens were stunning and the rooms were comfortably air-conditioned. the linens were of high quality and the rooms even had safes for our belongings. the breakfast buffet was delightful, accompanied by live music on occasion. We were lucky to catch the mesmerizing folkloric dinner and dance performance in the main hall. the outdoor pool, surrounded by gardens, added to the overall charm. the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. the central location allowed us to easily walk to nearby restaurants for our evening meals. Staying at such a unique UNESCO registered building was truly an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend Quinta Real!

Great location in the colorful city, close to attractions and amenities. the beautiful architecture and peaceful atmosphere of the property create a picturesque and pleasant environment. They have a lovely pool area where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine.

The service could be more attentive and efficient. It took several days to fix the air conditioner in our room and we had to follow up on some requests to ensure they were completed.

In the center of historic Oaxaca, surrounded by a beautiful garden and housed in what used to be a monastery, this hotel offers a truly unique and enchanting experience. We had a great time at this hotel, with its stunning location on the edge of the gardens of a 17th-Century ex-convent. The traditional Mexican folkloric dancing program was a highlight, held in what used to be the old chapel. Our room was clean and well-stocked, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the gardens from our room.

The location is excellent, with a little plaza just across the street and plenty of events happening nearby. Plus, the "lavaderos" area in front of the hotel provides a peaceful atmosphere.

The hotel lacks the necessary renovations, with old bathroom fittings and taps that don't function properly.
