We had a great stay at this hotel. The price was reasonable, especially considering how expensive everything can be in Cape Cod. The hotel served as a good base for us to explore various beaches and towns in the area. Our kids really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and the play area. The suite with one bedroom was perfect for our family, and the sofa bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was convenient for breakfast and quick meals. The parking was great, and the staff was helpful. The hotel was very clean, and the nearby Yarmouth House Restaurant was a fantastic place to dine.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and had a cozy bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The kitchenette in the room was a nice addition, allowing me to prepare my own meals. The hotel facilities, especially the pool and workout room, were excellent. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to everything and directly across from a highly recommended restaurant.

The Holly Tree Resort was perfect for our stay in Massachusetts. The bed and bedding were wonderful, and the separate room provided a comfortable place for our son to sleep. The second bathroom was extremely handy, and the resort's central location made it easy to access highly recommended restaurants. The resort also had a nice pool that we unfortunately didn't have time to enjoy. The daily maid service was excellent, and the room's amenities, such as the fridge and kitchen table, allowed us to have some meals in our room. The view from our room was absolutely gorgeous, especially with the changing colors of the leaves in November. The pricing was also awesome, offering better value than a 2 to 3-star hotel.

Felt like being at home, no complaints whatsoever.
