I was in town for Christmas shopping at Fox Valley Mall. the front desk staff was exceptional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. the breakfast was delightful, and the room provided great comfort. the hotel exuded a sense of coziness, making my stay enjoyable. the cheerful and caring staff added to the overall positive experience.
