Sound isolation was quite poor. I could hear the Cathedral bells ringing and conversations in the hallway, which disturbed my sleep.

All good, fulfills its purpose. The cozy room included a machine Nespresso with local coffee capsules and a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the staff.

We loved the proximity to the Christmas markets, and the spaciousness of our family room made it comfortable for our large group. The kids enjoyed the breakfast selection, especially the pastries—it was great starting our days with delicious local treats.

My children wanted a bit more space to play indoors.

My stay was marred by poor sound isolation. I could hear everything happening in the corridors and the constant ringing of the Cathedral bells just outside my window. It was impossible to get a good night's rest due to noisy guests and traffic sounds seeping in. Additionally, the lack of a reliable Wi-Fi connection forced me to use my mobile data, which was quite frustrating during my two-night stay.

The location is unbeatable, perfectly positioned next to the

cathedral, which made exploring Strasbourg a breeze. The cozy double room was charming, but it did feel a bit small. One delightful surprise was the homemade Kugelhopf at breakfast. Remember that the bells start ringing at 7 am, which I found charming but may bother some!

absolutely loved the cozy double room with a view, but SADLY, it was so tiny I could hardly turn around. Plus, the Wi-Fi was nonexistent during my stay. I woudl ve been totally okay with it if they had at least offered a complimentary bottle of water or somthing for my troubles. I just couldn’t give a good review after that disappointment.
