The location is sweet as, heaps near shops and Charlotte's race track. But the filthy floors and lack of regular housekeeping were a letdown, eh.

Housekeeping was non-existent during our 3-night stay.

The suite was spacious with a full kitchen that made meal prep easy. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to nearby amenities like restaurants and coffee shops, making it convenient during my business trip.

Housekeeping only provided service every fifth day, which was quite inconvenient.

During my recent stay, I encountered significant issues with the service and cleanliness. My room had a strange hospital smell, which was quite unsettling. Additionally, the garbage under the sink had not been emptied from the previous guest, and I had to call the front desk multiple times with no answer.

My family stayed for 3 nights in a Queen Studio. The kitchen was convenient for preparing meals. However, our room wasn't cleaned until the fifth day, which was quite inconvenient. Breakfast options fell short. the eggs were dry. Request daily cleaning in advance to avoid hassle!

I had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious with a full kitchen, and the breakfast was plentiful. However, the doors slamming all morning was annoying. I'd come back!

Clean room, friendly staff, with free Wi-Fi in the rooms that made checking in easy during my visit. The location is conveniently close to the interstate, allowing for quick access to explore nearby attractions.

No issues at all, exceeded my expectations. Beautifully landscaped exterior and a welcoming atmosphere grewt for relaxation.

the hotel’s location by the charlotte motor speedway is perfect for race fans! breakfast was solid, and the suites were super spacious and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home.

Booked a last-minute stay and was pleasantly surprised by the room size. it was spacious with a separate living area and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for family gatherings. The attentiveness of the staff stood out, especially with the personalized welcome displayed on the TV and their follow-up text to check on us. Location-wise, having a gas station and Starbucks nearby was extremely convenient. Cleanliness was top-notch, which was a vital factor in my choice.
