this hotel is super close to stonebriar mall, which is a lifesaver for shopping! the room was huge and really clean, felt comfy with nice soft beds. loved having a full kitchen setup, and the staff were really nice, welcoming us with a letter. the outside pool is there, even tho it was too cold for a swim. definitely my go-to place when in frisco!

the breakfast could've been better and i found some noise from the hallway a bit annoying.

I really enjoyed my stay thanks to the spacious room equipped with a full-size fridge and microwave, making it perfect for my vegetarian cooking. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of numerous restaurants, including several great options for vegans like me. The staff was incredibly helpful and made me feel at home.

The breakfast options could be more accommodating for dietary preferences.

The Angus beef at local steakhouse was an absolute revelation, paired perfectly with fresh sides from nearby culinary gems! The spacious rooms and comfy beds made our stay a delight, definitely a highlight for weary explorers like us.

However, we did stumble upon a pillow with blood-like stains in our room, which was a bit nightmarish for my teen.

for some reason, I was denied early check-in for both my rooms, even after I showed proof of payment. I mean, shouldn't their system be flawless? The elevator woke us up all night, making it impossible to enjoy the mediocre breakfast. I expected a complimentary gesture for this inconvenience, but I guess that’s just too much to ask. so disappointing!

The pool was too chlorinated for comfort, making it hard to enjoy, and service at check-in was slow, impacting the first impression.

the pool had cloudy water, which was kinda disappointing. but the room divider curtain was super helpful for privacy and the breakfast options were awesome with fresh salmon. the staff were exceptional and made us feel at home! !

Loved my room! Spacious with a microwave, full-size fridge, and a cozy sofa bed. The shower was nice and hot. Breakfast options were good, and the fitness center was well-equipped. The outdoor pool was awesome, with sun loungers for relaxation. Clean and comfy atmosphere all around.

All good, fulfills its purpose. The gym has excellent workout equipment to keep you active.

The beds were comfy, but the cleanliness missed the mark—crumbs galore in the room, which made me feel a bit queasy. Breakfast was heaps good, though!

I enjoyed my four nights here. the kitchenette was a lifesaver for late-night snacks! The gym was well-equipped, making my workout routine easy to maintain. Don’t miss the nearby dining options—especially the local steakhouse for a fulfilling dinner. Just ensure your shower works properly!
