The management did a great job maintaining cleanliness, despite ongoing renovations. The staff were professional and the rooms were exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds. I must mention the excellent service provided by the breakfast server. it was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn, Summersville for a quick overnight stop. The room and hotel were spotlessly clean, which gave me peace of mind. I called ahead to let them know about my late arrival, and the lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The best part? This Hampton Inn is dog-friendly, a delightful surprise for a loyal fan like me. Also, the beds were as comfortable as always, and the breakfast service was excellent. Furthermore, the recent remodeling made my stay even more enjoyable. Hands down, this is the best hotel I've stayed at in a long time.

The rooms had a fresh and modern look, with stylish furniture and spacious bathrooms. They even had extra amenities like USB charging stations and ottomans for extra seating. the high ceilings gave the room a nice spacious feeling. the staff was very courteous and we were greeted with cookies upon arrival. We also appreciated the fresh coffee and hot water available. the breakfast was good and they had a nice variety of options. the rooms were quiet and we had a comfortable sleep with the duvets. our stay was enjoyable and we would definitely consider staying here again.

We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, from the rooms to the common areas. The furniture in our room looked modern and the television worked perfectly. We also loved the fact that the hotel was located in a beautiful area and there were plenty of food options nearby. It was convenient for us to explore the Smoky Mountains and we were pleased by the choices of restaurants available. The staff was also very accommodating and friendly.

Included breakfast offered a variety of carb and sugar options, but some guests may have preferred plain scrambled eggs and bacon.
