The hotel was a true gem with modern facilities and a convenient location. The staff were helpful and polite, and the rooms were spacious and lovely. The continental breakfast was one of the best I've ever seen, and the pool was nice and warm.

The hotel's Wi-Fi connection was spotty, making it difficult to get work done. the bathroom could have been cleaner, with some mold present on the shower tiles.

The location of the hotel is great! Being close to the restaurants in Armory Square made it so easy to find a place to eat. The check-in staff was also very friendly and helpful when we arrived. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the sitting area. The cleaning of our room was impeccable and the bathroom was spotless. I had a great experience at the Courtyard and would recommend it to anyone visiting Syracuse.

I recently stayed at Courtyard and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and close to Taste of Syracuse. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. I especially loved having easy access to Netflix on the TV.
