The location was great, very close to a nice upscale shopping center called Galleria Mall with lots of shops and local restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, and some past guests found the Club Concierge team exceptional and unmatched. Additionally, some guests mentioned having excellent experiences with the front desk staff.

One past guest experienced terrible room service, along with issues related to the toilet and credit card processing.

The Westin Galleria - great location, cleanliness, helpful staff, quick check-in, impressive facility, spacious rooms, attached to the mall.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful in accommodating parking needs. The luxurious bathroom features a stylish glass sliding door, an enclosed shower, and adjustable water nozzles. The pleasant window seat overlooking the pool is a nice touch. Will recommend for a special stay.

We loved the cleanliness and the hotel facilities. The parking was convenient and the location near the highway made it easy for us to visit downtown. Being close to the Galleria was a huge plus, as we enjoyed shopping without having to travel far. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say, it was conveniently located near malls, restaurants, and even an American Girl Doll store! It made everything sooo easy to access. The room service was top-notch, and I found it so helpful that they offered car hire and laundry services. The room amenities were also great, especially the sitting area by the window. The swimming pool and sun loungers were perfect for a relaxing day. The staff was also friendly and accommodating during my stay.

We had a wonderful thanksgiving stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly and offered us free breakfast and a late check-out time, which we appreciated. The hotel was located near a shopping mall and restaurants, making it convenient for us to explore the surroundings. Additionally, we enjoyed the beautiful view of the city from our room.

The room we stayed in was a bit small and did not have a fridge or microwave, which was inconvenient. Also, it was difficult to adjust the temperature in the room and it was either too hot or too cold. The housekeeping staff did not come to our room during our stay and we had to ask for fresh towels. our stay was enjoyable, but there were some minor issues.

Plus, the hotel's restaurant in the lobby was an absolute gem, providing us with exceptional cuisine that could easily rival any Michelin-starred establishment.
