Great central location and friendly staff. Room cleanliness needs improvement.

The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our romantic escape, offering plenty of space and privacy. We also enjoyed the convenience of having parking available, especially since we had our own car. the location was ideal, not too far from Queens and within easy reach of attractions and amenities.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the staff at the front desk didn't make us feel welcome, and their lack of friendliness was disappointing.

Celebrated my birthday 3/6, booked Junior Studio Non Smoking. Great clean, quiet room with comfortable bed and nice kitchenette. Pleasant staff. Enjoyed relaxing stay and extended for 2 more nights.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with many shopping destinations nearby and it was also close to the Coliseum for a show we attended. The hotel provided convenient transportation options and was in close proximity to all the museums, especially the highly recommended Cradle of aviation museum. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. Additionally, the parking was convenient as it was away from the sleeping area.

Family suite with separate TV/living room, well-stocked kitchen. Clean and spacious room, felt like an apartment. Convenient location near mall and stores. Helpful and friendly staff made the stay enjoyable. Xavier and Ruth provided excellent customer service.

We had a great experience at Homewood Suites. the breakfast had something for everyone and was perfect for our picky eaters. the room setup was excellent with a kitchenette, living room, and separate bedroom. This was especially important for us as we had kids who needed a quiet and dark space to sleep while we could stay up a bit longer in the living room. the suite experience was wonderful, and the staff was fantastic. the pool and Jacuzzi were a hit, and the kitchen had everything we needed. the bed was very comfortable, and we wished there were more hotels like this available for longer-term rentals.

The rooms were spacious and clean, like an apartment. The location was convenient with a mall and grocery stores nearby. The staff was pleasant. Happy hour was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen facilities were good.

The breakfast was delicious, the bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere felt like home. We loved having access to the kitchen and the large fridge/freezer. The staff was amazing, and the cleaning service was excellent. The rooms were incredibly quiet, no matter the time of day or night. The AC worked perfectly and the staff was always helpful and friendly. The location was convenient, close to the mall and restaurants. we had a great experience.

The hotel had comfortable rooms with a separate sitting area, well-insulated walls, multiple entrances, pleasant staff, and a nice happy hour.

We loved this place for its location close to the Coliseum. It was great for the show we were seeing there and also allowed us to visit all the museums nearby, particularly the Cradle of Aviation Museum. Additionally, the hotel was in close proximity to many shopping destinations on Long Island, making it convenient for all our needs.

The room was very clean and spacious, with a full, size refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove. the flat, screen TV swiveled, allowing for easy viewing from different areas of the room. Additionally, the access to a printer was a big relief in a situation where I needed to print something.

I was disappointed that the hotel did not offer clean linen or towels during my four, night stay. There were also dirty dishes in the dishwasher from previous guests, and the tub had a problem that prevented us from taking baths until it was fixed on the second night.

Cosy accommodations with family suites, allowing for separate sleeping and living areas. Well-stocked kitchen available. Clean, quiet, and friendly staff. Convenient location for various purposes. Safe and appreciated the ability to log into streaming services on the TV.

I had a great weekend with my family at Homewood Suites. The staff was attentive and resolved any issues promptly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. Despite a minor glitch with the sofa bed, overall it was a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
