We stayed at Courtyard for a couple of nights while visiting Yale University. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the campus. It was great that we could leave our car parked there during our visit. The linens in the room were nice and everything was clean. The staff were friendly and gave us great suggestions for local events like fireworks. the accommodations were modern and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable.

The lobby was inviting and clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, desk, and seating area. I also appreciated having a small refrigerator in the room. the location of the hotel was excellent, with plenty of great restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

The lack of a complimentary breakfast was disappointing, as most hotels offer this. Additionally, the charge for extra cable channels was not ideal.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good water pressure in the showers. The location is great, within walking distance of Yale and a variety of restaurants and shops. Plus, the value for money is excellent.

As young people, we loved the convenient location near Yale University. Being able to leave our car parked while we visited the college was a huge bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was quiet and perfect for a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the free hot chocolate in the lobby on that cold day. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I loved the location of this hotel - right next to Yale. The room was on the small side but comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. I appreciated the garage parking and the option to park in a nearby garage for less. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

The staff at this hotel were super helpful and friendly! They went out of their way to assist us and made us feel welcome. the location was also great, with easy access to the Yale campus and nearby restaurants and shops. Additionally, the hotel offered easy garage parking, which was convenient for us.

There were a few aspects that were disappointing. the room itself felt a bit worn and in need of maintenance - we experienced issues with loose power sockets, a worn ironing board, and a nightstand drawer that wouldn't stay closed.

This hotel was a great value for money, especially considering its location. It is situated in a neighborhood where most of the other hotels are in, making it a convenient choice for travelers. I was pleasantly surprised by the service excellence I experienced in three specific areas - the attentive staff, the basic amenities provided in the rooms , and the comfortable beds with 2 options. Additionally, despite the breakfast not being included in the rate, there was decent food available on-site.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The value for money was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for me, as it was within walking distance to everything I needed. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly during my entire stay.

If I had to nitpick one thing, it would be that the breakfast items were a bit limited and the area could benefit from more options.

This hotel is a great value for money. It's located very close to the center, and you can easily find restaurants and bars nearby. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, and the rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, including a small fridge. Additionally, even though the AC unit was loud, the beds were comfortable and available in both single and double.

No negative aspects to mention.

The customer service was exceptional, helpful maintenance staff, convenient location near Yale, good dining options nearby, clean and comfortable room, plenty of outlets for electronics, on-site parking, friendly and polite front desk staff.

It was all superb.
