My experience at Homewood Suites By Hilton Dallas/Allen was quite disappointing. Additionally, I faced considerable difficulty in securing a luggage cart, which added unnecessary stress to my already tiring stay.

Sofa was stained and room cleanliness was lacking.

The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. breakfast options were good with fresh fruit and classic items. the location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to shopping and restaurants.

The beds were a bit too firm for comfort. the check-in process could use more efficiency, as it was slightly delayed.

Outdoor pool was great for kids, but rooms needed cleaning and better kitchenware.

The room at Homewood Suites was spacious and clean, which was a plus since we had a full size refrigerator and a stovetop for some cooking. This place suits me perfectly with its internet access, outdoor swimming pool, laundry facilities, and 24-hour reception. The staff were kind enough to help me return documents I left behind during my first stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing city break!

The accommodations featured a spacious suite with a full kitchen, making it ideal for families. Breakfast options consistently impressed, especially the freshly baked bread that everyone enjoyed. However, the heating system in the room was inadequate, and despite multiple requests for assistance, the issue remained unresolved. Additionally, the evening manager's reception had been discontinued, which was disappointing compared to previous visits.

This was a top selection for a holiday in Allen with the best value. Only good thing was that the TVs were decent sizes and quality, allowing us to unwind in the evening. Definitely bring your own blankets and sheets if you stay here.
