The front staff was amazing, genuinely friendly and provided warm embraces and smiles. The guy at check-in and check-out was awesome and great with children. The lady at check-in went above and beyond to provide milk from the kitchen when it wasn't available for purchase. The location was very convenient with several nearby restaurants. Garrett Lee, the van driver, was extremely helpful with my older parents who had a lost bag from the airline. He assisted them with calling the airline, took them back to the airport, and went above and beyond to help them.

We had a spacious 2-bedroom suite with a large lounge and kitchen area. The shuttle bus made it easy to get around, and the hotel's location near Grapevine Mills mall and cinema was convenient. Free parking and wifi were a plus. It was the perfect place to rest before or after a long-haul flight.

We recently stayed at Homewood Suites for a few nights due to a power outage. The spacious and quiet room was perfect for our family. Having the indoor pool and hot tub to ourselves was a great bonus, and we loved that they had extended hours. The kitchen was well-equipped, although we did have to purchase some bakeware for our pizza. The two private rooms with private baths were a nice touch, and the Grab and Go breakfast provided us with snacks for the kids. The location was convenient, being within walking distance to the mall and a short drive to downtown.
