From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The breakfast was fabulous, with high-quality food and a friendly hospitality staff. The hotel amenities were fantastic, including outdoor seating with beautiful views and a BBQ for guests to use. We loved that we could easily access the garden area from our room and enjoy coffee in nature.

The attention to detail and excellent customer service made our stay memorable. we would highly recommend this hotel.

I was amazed by the spacious and clean rooms, perfect for long stays. The full kitchen with all the utensils you might need was a big plus. The breakfast selection was great, especially the made-to-order omelets. Overall I had a fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Durango.

The complimentary beer and wine in the evening was a nice touch. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The location was a bit outside of the town but the free shuttle service made getting around easier. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The outdoor area was a great place to relax and enjoy the mountain views.

Great value for money with every amenity provided, including a full kitchen and a TV. The hotel is conveniently located near the downtown historic district, which has plenty of restaurants and stores. The staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast is included, and they even offer beer or wine and free appetizers Monday-Thursday.

This hotel in Durango exceeded our expectations in several ways. the location was fantastic - close to a renowned brewery and within walking distance to the center of town where the good restaurants are. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay all the more enjoyable. Additionally, the rooms were well-appointed with all the amenities we needed, including a kitchenette with the usual amenities for the brand. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast with wine or beer was a delightful touch, adding a special touch to start our mornings.

We had an absolutely exceptional stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating, kind, and helpful. The entire facility was well kept and still looks and feels brand new. The rooms were spacious, well thought out, and very clean. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast options, especially the changing protein options every morning. The hotel's location to the downtown historic district was convenient, allowing us to easily explore the center of town and enjoy the great restaurants it had to offer.

As backpackers, we loved the accommodating staff and the traveler-friendly room setup. The free breakfast and dinner, along with the evening drinks, were a wonderful bonus. The hotel also had a pool and hot tub that were easily accessible for people with disabilities. The outdoor grill and picnic area, as well as the basketball court, added to the fun and relaxed atmosphere. The full kitchenette in each unit was perfect for our needs. Highly recommend this place for families or larger parties.

Cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, location just down the road from a popular motorcycle shop, breakfast, staff.

No room change offered for strong burning smell, front desk seemed unconcerned. No mention of the negative aspect in the negative paragraph.

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. the hotel is conveniently located, just a short drive from downtown. the breakfast and dinner options were great, especially having a variety of choices for meals. the kitchenette in the room was well-stocked and had everything we needed.

Some items were stolen from the room, and the hotel's response was not satisfactory. It took multiple conversations with different staff members before the incident was reported to the manager.
