Homewood Suites By Hilton in Jackson was a great value for the money. The room was spacious with a kitchen and fireplace, and the location was perfect, close to downtown and within walking distance to everything. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved with more variety or options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The shuttle service provided was convenient for getting around the city and to the ski area. The hotel's location was perfect, close to downtown but in a quieter area. We were able to easily walk to the town square where there were plenty of great restaurants to choose from. The breakfast offered was delicious and the hotel facilities, including the pool and hot tub, were well maintained. the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent. The prices were affordable, especially considering the quality of the rooms. Speaking of rooms, mine was very well-maintained with attention to detail. The fireplace added a cozy touch and the kitchenette was convenient for preparing meals. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, just like Cybelle who went above and beyond to assist with directions. The location outside the downtown area was perfect for a peaceful stay.

The hallways in the hotel are narrow and can feel cramped, making it difficult to navigate with luggage carts or encounter housekeeping carts.

The hotel is conveniently located near downtown and stands out as a superior option in comparison to other nearby hotels. An added bonus is the complimentary laundry facilities, including detergent. The front desk staff, especially Kyle and Heidi, go above and beyond with their extensive local knowledge and exceptional customer service. Their assistance, particularly in dealing with lost luggage from the airline, reassured us throughout our stay. Additionally, water and daily hiking snacks were provided, which we appreciated.

We felt most welcome during our entire stay, with nothing being too much trouble for the attentive staff.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. First of all, the location was ideal for exploring the town on foot, with numerous shops and restaurants within a short walk. Additionally, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with plenty of electric and USB outlets on both sides of the beds, making it easy to charge all of our devices. Despite the smaller size of the rooms compared to other hotels in this brand, they were still very serviceable and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Finally, the breakfast provided each morning was standard fare but hot and plentiful, ensuring that we started our day off right.
