Room for entire family, two rooms with living space, three TVs. Inviting seating, comfortable dining tables, staff attentive. Helpful desk staff, corner room, no neighbors, clean rooms, comfortable beds.

We had a hassle-free check-in and the staff was courteous. The hotel was cleaner than the other one near the mall and offered a better value. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for our family with three kids. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and the University of Kentucky. The breakfast area was pleasant and the breakfast itself was nice.

The hotel had a great location, with plenty of activities nearby for the whole family to enjoy. the complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes that were always fresh and delicious. the staff at the hotel were friendly and professional, providing excellent customer service and making us feel at home.

The beds in the rooms were worn down and uncomfortable. the queen-size bed we slept on had a distinct dip in the middle, which made it difficult for two adults to stay on their own side during the night.

The staff at Homewood Suites was extremely helpful and friendly, even late at night. We were placed in a corner room close to the elevator, which was great for our family with 3 kids. It was also a bonus that we didn't have any neighbors, as the kids were hyper when we arrived. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast offered was lovely, and the main lobby and dining area were kept very clean.

The location of this hotel is perfect for all our planned activities in Lexington. With the mall, Walmart, Best Buy, and plenty of restaurants nearby, it's the ideal place to stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were quiet, cozy, and had all the basic amenities we needed, making it feel like a home away from home.

The attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the well-maintained common areas. The location was also ideal, situated within walking distance of a large shopping center and numerous restaurants. The staff provided exceptional service, with the front desk crew being helpful and accommodating. Additionally, the basic amenities such as the coffee pot in the room and the living space between the bedrooms were thoughtful additions that made our stay even more comfortable. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day, with a satisfying selection of options to choose from.

We had a great weekend getaway staying at a hotel that was conveniently located near restaurants and shops. The room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom lighting was excellent, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the outdoor pool. we had a positive experience staying here.

We did notice some noise complaints from other guests and think the hotel could benefit from better soundproofing.

Clean and Comfortable

I recently stayed at a Homewood property and I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The recently renovated rooms were nice and clean, making me feel at ease during my stay. The location was also great, with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. The complimentary breakfast and happy hour were a nice touch as well. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like slow internet during peak hours and some issues with the room layout, overall I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I had a great experience at this hotel. the complimentary breakfast was a real treat, with a variety of options including eggs, bacon, and sausage. It was a nice change from the typical pastries and fruit. the location of the hotel was also a huge plus. It was conveniently close to Keeneland, shopping centers, and high, quality restaurants. This made it easy to explore and enjoy the city during my stay. Additionally, I loved the fact that the room had a fully equipped kitchen with a full, size refrigerator. It was perfect for storing snacks and drinks during my visit.

I did experience a couple of downsides during my stay. the room furnishings showed signs of wear and tear, with nicks and scratches.

This hotel has amazing recommendations and is close to everything, in our case, close to Whole Foods. The rooms are spacious and very clean — a perfect setting for family or business travelers. The staff provided great service and the basic amenities were well taken care of.

All was fine, no improvements needed.
