I recently stayed at Homewood Suites for a week when visiting Miami. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, always addressing our needs. The room was consistently clean and we received fresh towels daily. The breakfast had a delicious variety of options and the staff was always available to assist. The hotel's location is great, with a shopping center just a short walk away and a convenient on-site shop. The swimming pool was excellent, open 24-7, and while towels were sometimes scarce, they were always provided upon request. a great experience.

It was clean and had a new look to it. the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. the staff, especially the front desk service, was outstanding. They were patient and provided wonderful service. What impressed me the most was that the hotel was not expensive, especially considering I booked last minute on a Saturday in Miami. it was one of my favorite hotels to stay in.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel special from the moment we arrived. the breakfast and evening snack offerings were plentiful and delicious, giving us a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for us, being close to shopping opportunities and a short drive away from the beach.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the pillows provided were too soft and didn't offer enough support, resulting in some discomfort for us.
