The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff at the hotel were amazing, providing excellent service and going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious living areas and comfortable beds.

The breakfast offerings were average, with a limited selection of hot foods. The pool was refreshing, but it was disappointing that the hot tub appeared to have been removed. There was an issue with clogged water while taking a shower, which was a minor inconvenience.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location is great, close to all the main attractions but still quiet enough. The service is excellent, from the housekeeping staff to the head manager, everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay. The amenities are fantastic too, with an indoor swimming pool and a spa & wellness center.

I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

The pool and location were perfect for our purpose of stay! The staff was excellent, especially Jermarian, Elaine, and Christal at the front desk. They were so helpful and made our early arrival less painful. The rooms were comfortable with a nice big fridge and a buffet breakfast that was a pleasant surprise. The WIFI worked well and the "social" dinner was a nice perk. good value for the money and I would stay here again.

With small dinners served Monday-Thursday, the hotel ensures guests are well-fed. The perfect place for business and leisure travellers alike.

The room was very dated and smelled musty upon arrival. The bathroom furniture was chipped and the shower unit was hanging off the wall. No cleaning was provided during our stay, and even towels were not changed for the entire duration of our stay. The gym was very basic and the indoor pool was freezing cold. The breakfast options were often depleted quickly, leaving nothing left for later guests.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the Superdome and the French Quarter. Our 2 bedroom/2 bath suite was clean, spacious, and had a great view. The beds were extremely comfortable and the main living area was plenty big. The concierge women were amazing, providing helpful advice and always greeting us with a smile. The valet team and gentlemen were also friendly and eager to assist. The entire team, including the maid, was focused on providing excellent service. we would highly recommend this hotel for our next trip to New Orleans.
