Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast could use improvement.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff at the hotel were amazing, providing excellent service and going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious living areas and comfortable beds.

The breakfast offerings were average, with a limited selection of hot foods. The pool was refreshing, but it was disappointing that the hot tub appeared to have been removed.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location is great, close to all the main attractions but still quiet enough. The service is excellent, from the housekeeping staff to the head manager, everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay. The amenities are fantastic too, with an indoor swimming pool and a spa & wellness center.

I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

I recently stayed at Homewood Suites for a weekend getaway. The variety of breakfast items was impressive, and the spacious room was a plus. Although there was a slight smell upon entering, the friendly staff and the availability of a kitchenette with a fridge made up for it. The hotel's location off Poydras St was convenient, and the cleanliness was exceptional. I had a pleasant stay.

This hotel offers great amenities within the rooms including a fully equipped kitchen and fresh towels for three. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to everything within walking distance of the French Quarter. Additionally, the included breakfast is a nice touch.

The hotel could improve on their attention to cleanliness, specifically with replacing garbage bags and lids.

The pool and location were perfect for our purpose of stay! The staff was excellent, especially Jermarian, Elaine, and Christal at the front desk. They were so helpful and made our early arrival less painful. The rooms were comfortable with a nice big fridge and a buffet breakfast that was a pleasant surprise. The WIFI worked well and the "social" dinner was a nice perk. good value for the money and I would stay here again.

Excellent staff, Jermarian, Elaine, and Christal were extra helpful. Arrived early from a cruise, but they made the wait easier. Happy hour food was good. Suite was great, within walking distance of attractions. Breakfast and check-in staff were friendly and helpful. Grocery store nearby.

The location was perfect, as it was close to everything in this city and offered easy access to transportation options. I recently stayed at Homewood Suites in New Orleans for a week. The staff, especially Adam, were really knowledgeable and hospitable. The breakfast area was always joyful and helpful in the morning. The valet area was also very accommodating. The location was awesome, allowing me to walk everywhere. The rooms were spacious and the lobby and breakfast area were a good size. The concierge was friendly and informative, and the cleaning staff did an awesome job.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is close to many attractions, such as the Superdome, Bourbon Street, and the French Quarter. All rooms are cozy and managed by helpful and friendly staff, like Niecy and Carlyn. Expect clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a decent breakfast. With small dinners served Monday-Thursday, the hotel ensures guests are well-fed. The perfect place for business and leisure travellers alike.

The hotel was excellent. Our suite was spacious and well-equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. The breakfast was good and there was a free dinner with free beer and wine on weekdays. The location was perfect, close to the French Quarter and the conference center. The pool and gym were great. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and pleasant. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. We had a minor issue with the AC, but it was fixed immediately. Only complaint was the refrigerator not being cold enough.
