We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right across from the casino. The service here is top-notch, from the friendly front desk staff to the hardworking maids. They really go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The room amenities are fantastic, with ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and even a in-room safe. The continental breakfast was delicious and served in a clean and well-maintained dining area. We felt like VIPs with the excellent catering service and the convenience of the snack bar. The staff here truly knows how to make you feel welcome and comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The check-in process was quick and pleasant, and I was even informed about the complimentary shuttle to the nearby casino without having to ask. I gotta say, I got great bang for my buck at this hotel! The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was super cozy. The location was perfect, close to downtown and other attractions. The staff was super helpful and friendly, always ready to answer my questions. Oh, and the chocolate chip cookies at check-in were a tasty surprise!

The only thing that could've made breakfast even better would've been more variety in the options. It was still good, but a little more selection would've been nice.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the housekeeping service was lacking, as our room was not cleaned on the third day of our stay.
