The staff at Homewood Suites went above and beyond to accommodate us when they accidentally overbooked the suites. They offered us a room at the hotel across the street and covered any additional expenses. They even surprised us with free wine and food from a nearby vineyard. I highly recommend this hotel for their quick problem-solving and exceptional service.

The hotel is conveniently located near all of Newport's attractions, making it easy to explore the area. It is also close to the beaches, allowing guests to enjoy the sun and sand. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant stay.

One minor downside is that the bathroom could be cleaner and the shower floor needs better maintenance.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially the dining room staff, were fantastic. The breakfast was great and the dinner was basic but very nice, like a home-cooked meal. The hotel had a nice layout in the suite and the beds, including the rollaway and sofa bed, were comfy. The location was handy to all Newport attractions, with restaurants within walking distance.

They were extremely friendly and welcoming. the complimentary breakfast and evening reception were delicious and very satisfying! the location is perfect, surrounded by great restaurants and amazing activities, making it easy to explore the area. the room was spacious and clean, and we especially appreciated having a small kitchenette in the suite.

The condition of some of the furniture in the room. the stains on the dining chairs and living room furniture were quite noticeable and made us hesitant to sit on them, making the room feel less comfortable overall.

The hotel offered clean and spacious rooms, which were perfect for our weekend stay. the location was also convenient, with easy access to downtown Newport. Additionally, the hotel provided free Wi-Fi and parking, which were both great perks.

We did experience some minor issues during our stay. Our room had a view of the front parking lot on the second floor, and we couldn't close the heavy drapes.

Lastly, I loved the rooms with a kitchenette. It was like having a mini apartment with all the basic amenities I needed, including a TV with a pull-out bed. And the fact that breakfast was included was a bonus!
