Great Location: the hotel was conveniently located near the downtown area and shopping district, making it easy to explore the city and find everything we needed. Comfortable and Spacious Room: the suite we stayed in was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed a good night's sleep. Friendly Staff: the staff at the breakfast area were friendly and provided a good selection of food. Additionally, Eric, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to accommodate our request for warm cookies and delivered them to our room with a smile.

Lack of Housekeeping: Our room was not cleaned during our stay, which was disappointing. It would have been nice to return to a fresh and tidy room after a long day of exploring.

My recent stay at Homewood Suites was fantastic. The rooms were impeccably clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional breakfast in the morning. The variety of options was impressive and the food was delicious. I also want to give a special shoutout to Cindy, who worked in the breakfast area. Her enthusiasm and hospitality made me feel welcome and added an extra touch to my stay. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, making it easy for me to explore the City of Portsmouth. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Homewood Suites to others.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. the outside of the hotel was littered with cigarette butts, and the stairwells were not vacuumed properly.
