Ik had een geweldig verblijf in dit appartement. De locatie was perfect, op slechts 5 minuten lopen van het dichtstbijzijnde metrostation en het zakencentrum. Ook was er gratis parkeergelegenheid in het weekend, dus ik hoefde me geen zorgen te maken over mijn auto. Het appartement was goed onderhouden en zeer schoon. Het voelde als thuis omdat het alles had wat ik nodig had. Het personeel was vriendelijk en reageerde snel op eventuele problemen. Daarnaast was de prijs zeer redelijk. Ik zou dit appartement zeker aanraden!

Additionally, Eric, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to accommodate our request for warm cookies and delivered them to our room with a smile.

It would have been nice to return to a fresh and tidy room after a long day of exploring. Snow-covered Sidewalks: The hotel did not shovel the snow from the sidewalks, making it difficult to walk safely.

The variety of options was impressive and the food was delicious. I also want to give a special shoutout to Cindy, who worked in the breakfast area. Her enthusiasm and hospitality made me feel welcome and added an extra touch to my stay. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, making it easy for me to explore the City of Portsmouth. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Homewood Suites to others.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. The outside of the hotel was littered with cigarette butts, and the stairwells were not vacuumed properly.
