We loved the convenience of the location, with the hotel being within walking distance to the mall and various restaurants. As bike riders, we appreciated the easy access to the Pantry and the business work area, where we could connect to the Wi-Fi and use the computers. The room layout was excellent, and we enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast every morning. The service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I had a great experience at Homewood Suites. The lovely lady who greeted everyone at breakfast was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the area was clean. Esteban went above and beyond to help me set up the internet so I could work in peace at the NC State Archives and State Library. The hotel was also quiet and the room had nice windows and natural light. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of hot and delicious options that left me wanting more. the location of the hotel was ideal, being within walking distance of an upscale mall and providing easy access to shopping and dining. the outdoor landscaping was beautiful, with a plush deck area that had BBQ grills, creating a comfortable and inviting environment. my stay was fantastic.

Although my room was nice and clean, there were a few areas that needed updating, such as a cracked light fixture in the bathroom and stains in the tub. Additionally, the air conditioner made loud noises, which was a bit disruptive.

This hotel has it all. the outdoor pool area is absolutely lovely, perfect for relaxing in the warmer weather. the outdoor grilling area is great for enjoying a barbecue. I also loved the complimentary dinner with beer and wine they offered during the week. the food was simple but delicious, and it was a nice touch to have tea and lemonade available in the evenings. the breakfast had a wide variety of options, including hot items, and the dining area was cozy with a fireplace. the separate bedroom and covered balcony in the rooms were a nice added bonus.

The uncomfortable mattress and pillows made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the uncomfortable sofa and chair were not ideal for relaxing.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a really enjoyable experience. The location was amazing, right across the street from a mall which made shopping and eating super convenient. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help me when I had some special requests. The room was spacious and clean and I loved the fact that it had a kitchenette. The bed was really comfortable and the room had all the amenities I needed, including a flat-screen TV and free toiletries. The swimming pool and outdoor area were also really nice and a great place to relax.
