Spacious suite, comfy Queen beds, full kitchen, good breakfast, friendly staff. Overpriced on New Year's eve but still decent. Heated indoor pool and gym available. Breakfast staff provided an amazing meal. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Peaceful room, nice location for dog walks. Clean, beautiful, and comfortable hotel during my trip to the USA. Staff was kind and friendly.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent and really helped accommodate my particular needs on this trip. The manager was especially helpful but all of the staff was excellent. The hotel was clean and I would definitely stay here again. It was a bit out of the way, but convenient enough to the highway that I could get where I needed with no problem. The location provided a nice area to walk my dog every morning and evening. The breakfast was top-notch, and the pool was wonderfully cool on a hot day. The suite was tidy, clean, and comfy, with a spacious kitchenette. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient.

The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service to and from downtown Syracuse, which was really convenient for exploring the area. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially when my flight was canceled and I needed to extend my stay. They were also quick to assist with any requests, and even shipped back a book I had left in my suite. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and there were snacks available in the evening, which was a nice touch.

The location of the hotel was a bit far from restaurants, with only a McDonald's and Denny's nearby. It would have been nice to have more dining options within walking distance.

The bed, bedding, and pillows were very comfortable, and we appreciated having a full-size fridge in the room. The staff was pleasant and friendly, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. The complimentary breakfast was great, with plenty of options and ample seating. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with nearby shopping and scenic drives.

It's definitely great value for the money. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with everything being clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel, in an industrial area near the airport, was convenient for me.

There really wasn't much I disliked about this hotel. the only thing I could suggest would be to provide a little more coverage for their outdoor spaces in case of inclement weather.

The kitchenette lacked basic amenities for handwashing dishes, and it was necessary to call the front desk for a can opener. It was also inconvenient that the hotel did not explain upon check-in that rooms would not be cleaned daily, causing us to run out of towels and have to request more.
