Jewel's food and entertainment were fantastic. Chef Miguel and O'Neal accommodated our child's food allergies. Nightly entertainment and childcare were top-notch. Davian's jerk chicken was a highlight.

We had a memorable time at this venue. The location was great, right on the beach with entertainment just above us. They had an airport shuttle service which we found very convenient. The staff was attentive and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. We loved the outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and spa center. The dining restaurant served delicious meals and there was a wide variety of food available at the buffet breakfast.

The complimentary breakfast and afternoon drinks were awesome. the hotel was conveniently located just a short walk from the beach and a variety of local restaurants. the room had a great view of the city and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel staff were rude and unhelpful. I had a terrible experience with housekeeping, who never bothered to clean my room and even took some of my personal belongings.
