Liked the beautiful surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere. The food was also really good and we enjoyed trying out the Japanese toilet.

The bar was a cozy retreat where I enjoyed handcrafted cocktails by the talented bartender, Alan. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and catered to my every need. The hotel's car service was exceptional, and the driver displayed utmost kindness and helpfulness. With amazing facilities like a spa, fitness center, and grotto-like pool, I couldn't imagine ever wanting to leave. Hotel Bel-Air truly surpassed my expectations and is an ideal luxury retreat. Additionally, there were some minor maintenance issues such as a hard-to-open sliding door and a falling toilet paper roll, which affected the overall experience.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities and excellent service. From the moment we arrived, we felt like VIPs. The spa and wellness centre provided us with an array of relaxing treatments, including a massage and body wrap. The outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were secluded and tranquil, perfect for lounging in the sun. We enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant and bar/lounge area, and the in-room breakfast was a lovely touch.

Although our overall experience was fabulous, we did encounter one minor issue. The treatment room we booked for a beauty treatment was smaller than expected, and we felt a bit cramped. However, this did not detract from the rest of our luxurious stay at this venue.
