Recent stay at Suncadia was like a comedy of errors – a charming failure that kept us giggling! We booked a suite with grand plans for a cozy fireplace experience but discovered the fireplace was broken. But the stunning mountain views and outdoor pool saved the day, making it feel like we were on a vacation minus the hissy fits! Perfect spot for a family getaway where the views are so beautiful, they could start an Instagram account of their own.

Need better maintenance.

I enjoyed the amazing views and friendly staff when we arrived for our stay. The food at Swiftwater restaurant was memorable despite the cost.

The high prices for dining and activities felt excessive compared to what we received. Service quality varied, and I dealt with noise disturbances from other guests during the night.

During my stay, I encountered several inconveniences that left me frustrated. Checking in took longer than expected, and I was given the wrong room location, forcing me to drive daily to access the vibrant amenities I had anticipated. The restaurant and bar staff were evidently inexperienced, which resulted in slow service and a disappointing dining experience. To top it off, I discovered broken tiles in the pool area, which posed safety hazards, leading to an unfortunate incident for my child.

Suncadia Resort, where the river view rooms are like treasures waiting to be unlocked! Loved the easy access to trails for biking and walking, perfect for my family adventures. The condo was a cozy escape, with the kitchen and BBQ making it easy to whip up local delights.

By chance, we felt lucky to grab a room at The Inn, but the small beds left us a bit cramped for space. Still, we made the best of it and hit the pool instead!

The outdoor hot soaking tub is a highlight, perfect for unwinding while surrounded by stunning mountain and river views. The scenic hiking and biking trails really make for great family adventures, keeping everyone entertained with activities throughout the stay.

Upon entering the room, I quickly noticed it lacked a mini-fridge and microwave, which is standard for even basic hotels, leading to inconvenient dining situations. Noise from neighboring rooms was distracting. I could hear conversations and food being cooked, making it tough to relax. The limited options for the room service menu were disappointing, with only sandwiches and salads available, and it took too long to get our order.

Delightful stay, comfortable accommodations with cozy beds and a fantastic new pool area perfect for families with kids who love swimming and outdoor activities.

Couldn't have been better.
