The room was too warm and cleaning was lacking.

I enjoyed the amazing views and friendly staff when we arrived for our stay. The food at Swiftwater restaurant was memorable despite the cost.

The high prices for dining and activities felt excessive compared to what we received. Service quality varied, and I dealt with noise disturbances from other guests during the night.

We had such a great mini getaway! The kids loved the water slides, and I appreciated the cozy room, even though the bathroom issues were a bummer. I’d definitely come back!

The location was fantastic, with stunning views and well-maintained trails for enjoyable walks. The outdoor pool's extended season was a great touch, allowing us to soak up the sun in the fall. However, the noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive, impacting our overall comfort. A lack of basic amenities, like a mini-fridge and microwave, forced us to dine out, which wasn't ideal. Despite service improvements in the restaurant, the slow meal delivery for lunch was a disappointing aspect of our visit.

Suncadia Resort, where the river view rooms are like treasures waiting to be unlocked! Loved the easy access to trails for biking and walking, perfect for my family adventures. The condo was a cozy escape, with the kitchen and BBQ making it easy to whip up local delights.

By chance, we felt lucky to grab a room at The Inn, but the small beds left us a bit cramped for space. Still, we made the best of it and hit the pool instead!

Delightful stay, comfortable accommodations with cozy beds and a fantastic new pool area perfect for families with kids who love swimming and outdoor activities.

Perfect spot for family fun!

Loved the river views and the fireplace was a nice touch for chilly nights. The kids enjoyed the nearby trails and we even took advantage of the picnic area for lunch. Just a heads up, the check-in process was a bit of a hassle, but we made it work.

We stayed in the One-Bedroom Suite with Resort View. The kitchen was super handy, especially with a big fridge and dishwasher. The kids loved the comfy beds and space to play. The views were breathtaking, and we could easily access the trails for biking and walking. One thing though—the bathroom could’ve used a deep clean. noticed a bit of dust on arrival. But the outdoor hot soaking tub was a nice touch!

We enjoyed our 4-night family trip, taking advantage of the outdoor pool and relaxing at the spa lounge, which really helped us unwind! It was nice that the hotel had plenty of options to keep us entertained, making it feel lively yet never crowded. Just a heads-up, the check-in process could be a bit quicker, but overall, we had a fantastic time! 😊
