I always return for a holiday. the staff found my lost ring on my first stay. Perfect for me with Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, Poolside snack bar, Rooftop pool. I love the Spa, lift, and sun loungers. All I need.

My recent stay at Hotel Cerro in SLO was fantastic. I stayed for three nights on a leisure trip and was thoroughly impressed. the spacious modern rooms, fantastic rooftop pool and bar, and central location were outstanding. the helpful staff, exceptional cleanliness, and convenient access to downtown shops and restaurants made my stay memorable. Additionally, the nearby sushi place and craft beer bar were hidden gems worth exploring. Highly recommend staying here for a top-notch experience. Cons: 100% recommend this hotel.

Great Spacious Rooms and Fabulous Location!

We had a memorable New Year’s experience, thanks to the amazing furnishings and large room size in this hotel. the central location made it easy for us to explore the city’s key attractions. the views from the rooftop pool were fantastic, and the restaurant and bar served delicious food and drinks. Plus, we loved the pretty finishes in all areas of the property.

The noise levels at night were intolerable, making it challenging to sleep. We also struggled to find our way around the hotel as the signage was minimal.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, just a short drive away from the beach. The spacious rooms are beautifully furnished with modern design, comfortable beds, and pillows. The bathroom features beautiful lighted mirrors and a really hot shower. The friendly, well-spoken staff enhances the overall experience.

The noise from the street and the pounding noises from the room above can be quite bothersome.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The spa staff was very accommodating when I was running late for my massage due to traffic. The king room was beautifully configured, with an amazing shower and a super comfy bed. The location was ideal for finding places to eat. I also loved the rooftop pool and bar. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel!

The signage for navigating the hotel could be improved and the noise from the bars on the street could be bothersome in rooms facing the alley.
