I love staying here. Staff once found my lost ID card. the place has all I need: Wi-Fi, snack bar, massage, swimming pool. Perfect for me. Coming back for Easter.

In a wine country heaven for a weekend birthday getaway, this hotel's prime location on the square is ideal for strolling to nearby shops, bars, and tasting rooms. the room, overlooking the plaza, was both luxurious and comfortable, with complimentary snacks and a delicious breakfast buffet included. The staff were friendly and professional, adding to the overall experience, while the cleanliness and hotel facilities were top-notch. Cons: Don’t have any issues at all.

I recently had an amazing stay at a luxurious hotel in Healdsburg. Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly and helpful front desk staff who made check-in a breeze. As a special touch for my anniversary, there was a bottle of champagne and a personalized note waiting in my room. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a huge soaking tub and walk-in shower in the bathroom. The bed pillows were so comfortable that I actually asked where they were from and bought some for my own home. The breakfast spread each day was incredible, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The waitstaff during breakfast were attentive and friendly, taking care of every need. One night, I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant, and the service was outstanding. I also appreciated that I could bring my own wine without a corkage fee. The hotel went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and provide everything I needed, from umbrellas to cruiser bikes. The personal service, like the front desk staff getting us champagne from the kitchen, was exceptional. the experience was worth every penny for the luxury and attention to detail. We had issues with the hot water in the shower and it was difficult to control the temperature. the noise level was high and we could hear other guests through the walls, which made it difficult to sleep.
