The staff provided excellent customer service, with friendly and attentive service. The front desk and dining staff were all warm and welcoming. The manager, Gene, recommended the suite for my daughter's slumber party, which was a great choice. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with fresh fruit and well-seasoned dishes. The hotel is conveniently located near the Galleria Mall and the Water Wall attraction. The free parking on site was a helpful amenity. The hotel room was comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and modern decor. We enjoyed the convenience of having a text message assistant for our entire stay.

I had a great business trip and stayed in an attractively designed hotel with a fresh modern feel. The location was ideal, right next to the mall, and the staff was very helpful. I appreciated being waited on for breakfast and loved the huge shower in the king room. Plus, I was delighted that late checkout was no problem and I wasn’t charged extra.

There were a few unpleasantries during my stay. I didn't like how the lady at the reception welcomed me - seemed like she was in a hurry for God knows what. Additionally, the housekeeping service knocked twice on my door the morning I had to leave, which was clearly a useless knocking in the early morning. The first time was to let me know that they put the invoice for the stay under the door and the second time was because they wanted to clean the room when I was packing for the check-out.

We loved staying here! The location is perfect for shopping in a great central area near Nordstrom. The staff are amazing, with excellent service for room amenities and a delicious breakfast. We also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the soundproofed rooms.
