Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at a hotel with fantastic proximity to several must-see spots, including a trendy restaurant right next to the museum and variety of eateries down the west coast - a few steps away. The room was beautifully furnished with a comfortable bed and tasteful decor, plus the bathroom was clean and elegantly laid out. The service was amazing, friendly, and approachable, making us feel at home. We couldn't resist the delicious breakfast while admiring the magnificent view of the bay through our window.

There was a minor issue with the AC, but the staff immediately addressed it and resolved the problem promptly.

Plus, the hotel is opposite Yerba Burns Gardens, which offered a beautiful view. The cleanliness of this hotel was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The room had upscale finishes and a comfortable king-sized bed. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to shopping, food, and transportation. the workout room was well-equipped and had a nice, bright atmosphere with natural light.

The hotel had issues with noise, especially from the nightclub in the lobby, which could be heard even from higher floors. Another downside was the confusing light switches in the room, which made it difficult to find the right switches, especially when checking in late at night.
