Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at a hotel with fantastic proximity to several must-see spots, including a trendy restaurant right next to the museum and variety of eateries down the west coast - a few steps away. The room was beautifully furnished with a comfortable bed and tasteful decor, plus the bathroom was clean and elegantly laid out. The service was amazing, friendly, and approachable, making us feel at home. We couldn't resist the delicious breakfast while admiring the magnificent view of the bay through our window.

There was a minor issue with the AC, but the staff immediately addressed it and resolved the problem promptly.

I liked the location of this venue because it was right in the business center, near a restaurant I've been going to for years and next to a famous museum. The staff was exceptional and provided excellent services that went beyond my expectations. The room had valuable amenities; I appreciated having an in-room safe and air conditioning. In addition, the fitness center was spacious with a variety of equipment, and the staff promptly accommodated all our requests.

Great room with a stunning view of the city and bay. The location was perfect, within walking distance of main attractions and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

There were some disappointing aspects of our experience. The hotel lacked the usual luxury and amenities we expected, and the noise from a strike made it difficult to relax. The staff was not helpful with luggage, leaving us to handle it ourselves. we felt that the value for money was not worth it and we would not choose to stay here again.

We were thrilled with our upgraded corner suite at W, complete with an amazing Nespresso machine and stunning city views. The location, right next to SFMOMA, was perfect for exploring. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The New Year’s celebration at this hotel was one of the best experiences ever! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, providing us with complimentary champagne and party favors. The location was perfect as it was just a few steps away from the fireworks show. We also enjoyed the stunning views of the city from the rooftop terrace. The complimentary breakfast was superb with a wide range of options catering to all dietary needs. We loved the freshly squeezed juices and the homemade pastries. Another advantage of this hotel was the cozy atmosphere of the lobby, with its fireplace and comfortable seating areas.

It was a shame that the soundproofing of the rooms was not very effective. We could hear the noise from the hallways and other rooms, making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. Additionally, the price of the breakfast menu was quite expensive. The lack of blackout curtains was also disappointing, making it difficult to sleep in as the sunlight streamed through the windows in the early morning. All in all, however, the experience was wonderful and we would definitely recommend it to others.
