Just returned from a delightful stay at this modern, clean and comfortable hotel located near the Commons. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, promptly moving me to a different room when my first room had wifi issues. The free shuttle service to various places was a great bonus, and I loved the coffee, hot tea, and cold water available in the lobby.

Totally recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, just a couple of blocks away from the bustling downtown area. The off-street parking was very convenient and only a short walk from the hotel. The wheelchair access in the bathroom was excellent, making it easy for anyone with mobility needs. Great location near downtown and restaurants. Our room was clean and well-maintained, with prompt housekeeping. Even though we had a small issue with street noise, the hotel staff did their best to accommodate us. we would recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, with the Ithaca Commons just a short walk away. We loved exploring the local shops and restaurants. Our room in the new tower was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-appointed bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room. it was a great value for the price.

That the internet connection was a bit unreliable at times.

The room was clean, with hardwood floors, and the bathroom had a spacious shower with a curved door. The water pressure was great, and the air conditioning kept the room cool despite the hot weather. The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to excellent restaurants and the bustling city center. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel had a balcony, which added an extra touch to the room.

There were some issues with the staff. One woman at the front desk was unfriendly and misinformed us about the closing time of the restaurant.
