I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was excellent, just a block away from the Mardi Gras parade, making it convenient and close to all the local sights of the city. The rooftop pool was a standout feature that provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff here was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The service, from room service to car hire, was top-notch. The hotel amenities were fantastic, with everything I needed from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. The in-room sitting area was a great addition and provided an extra level of comfort. this place was my go-to hotel in Nola and met all my expectations.

The only downside was that the bar/lounge area could use some improvement in terms of service. Everything else about this hotel was fantastic, making it highly recommended to others.

I recently spent Easter weekend at this hotel and had an amazing experience. the staff treated us like royalty and made our stay truly memorable. the rooms were spacious and elegant, and the view of the river was breathtaking. I also loved the fact that there was a Walgreens just a few steps away from the hotel, making it convenient to grab any essentials I needed.

We stayed at Monteleone for a festival weekend and had a great experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room, though a bit small, was clean. The hotel's elegant decor, both inside and out, was stunning. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk to everything in the French Quarter. The staff, particularly the bellhop, was friendly and helpful. The view from the 15th floor was breathtaking, especially during sunset. The Carousel bar served delicious cocktails and was a fun experience. we loved our stay at Monteleone.

The Monteleone's location is unbeatable with great shops and restaurants nearby. Perfect for couples or families with young children looking to explore the French Quarter. The staff's hospitality is outstanding, and they even gave us a special welcome package for our dog. The couples massage at the spa was a perfect way to end our trip. The hotel's public areas are beautifully maintained, and the live jazz and lobby create a fantastic atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful, allowing us to check out early without penalty.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the French Quarter. The location was perfect for exploring all the nearby attractions. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool area, it was a great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. the level of comfort and quality service at this hotel exceeded my expectations.

I did encounter a small issue with the AC in my room, but the staff quickly resolved the problem and even upgraded me to a suite. The only minor downside was that the service at the Criolle breakfast could have been better.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the concierge service was not always available when I needed assistance, and the front desk staff often did not have the answers to my questions.
