The pool, room, and staff were incredible. Special mention to Jeffry, Daisy, Omar, and Santos. The resort was nice, clean, and had beautiful pool and garden areas. The food variety was great and room service was convenient. The staff, especially Maikey, were friendly and kind.

The resort is stunning with great nightly shows and delicious restaurants. The staff members are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Cesar and Jorge. The comfortable beds and spa treatments make for a relaxing vacation. Access to the beautiful beach is just a few steps away. Allen at the main lobby bar is an extraordinary bartender.

The value for money was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was beautiful, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Just returned from a relaxing 7-day stay at Majestic Mirage. The large property offers a beautiful beach and long, narrow pools close to most rooms. Plenty of Palapas and seating options made it easy to enjoy the beach service. The rooms were clean and reasonably sized. The bar and restaurant staff, as well as the spa staff, were all pleasant and fun to be around. The variety of food and drink options, including a coffee shop and lounges with small snacks, was a nice touch. The nightly shows, especially the Circus, Rock, and Disco shows, were an added bonus. The spa and hibachi experiences are highly recommended. Special shoutout to the awesome bartenders Yimbo, Julio, Ximena, and Antony, who took great care of us!

We recently stayed at this hotel and were blown away by the location right on the beach. The staff was super friendly and had great customer service, not to mention beach restaurant offered top service. We enjoyed the leisure amenities like the sauna, swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, and Jacuzzi. There were also plenty of activities to choose from like table tennis, billiard tables, canoeing, snorkelling, and tennis court. We appreciated the convenience of the flat-screen TV, lift, refrigerator and electric kettle in the room. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and have a great time.

Honestly, we couldn't find anything to dislike at this hotel. We recommend this hotel to everyone!

The hotel had a great location with amazing views of the beach. the room was spacious and well-maintained, providing us with a comfortable stay. the hotel offered an extensive variety of bars which provided a great atmosphere. the complimentary spa experience was soothing and relaxing, offering a diverse range of amenities.

The bathroom robes were frequently removed and we did not get them back. the food quality at the seafood and steakhouse was suboptimal.

The room was amazing, and the grounds were lovely and well-kept. the staff were all amazing and went out of their way to make sure we had a perfect holiday. the food in all the restaurants was perfect, and the wait staff were lovely and treated us like royalty. the evening entertainment was brilliant, and there were lots of activities to enjoy throughout the day. it was a truly amazing experience that exceeded our expectations.

There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. the TV only had a few channels in English, which was a bit disappointing.

Beautiful hotel with attentive staff, delicious breakfast, and comfortable rooms with lovely balconies. The location right on the beach was breathtaking, we loved the white sand and turquoise sea. Our room was decorated with balloons and cake, it was a special surprise.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and treated my son like royalty. The resort is definitely kid-friendly. The Sea Side beach restaurant was my favorite, with a funny and adorable waiter. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and attentive to our needs. The staff members, from cleaning person to pool bartenders, were all cheerful and polite. The whole hotel was exceptionally clean and well-kept. Our butler, Isaias, and waitress in the main buffet, Meprilane, provided excellent service. The shows, bakery, daily plaza music, and adventures were all awesome. The food was good.

Felt at home instantly, nothing was too much trouble.

My stay at Majestic Mirage was absolutely incredible. The resort itself was beautiful, with a variety of restaurants and activities to enjoy. The bartenders were attentive and friendly, and I loved the different atmospheres throughout the hotel.

One issue I had during my stay was with the room service and miscommunications between staff members. However, the staff was always trying to be very resolutive and attentive to my needs.
