The beach was stunning, but there was

a lot of seaweed during my stay, which impacted the overall experience. However, the attentive staff and diverse food options made up for it. I loved the energetic activities organized by the entertainment staff, especially the yoga classes every morning.

the only downside was the limited options for room service. but the breakfast buffet had so many choices. the coffee bar served amazing 24/7 pastries. and our waiter Cesar was just incredible every morning.

this was my second time in cancun and secrets exceeded my expectations. the food, drinks, and poolside service were fantastic, and the personalized attention from the staff made me feel truly special. from the gourmet meals to the excellent service, i felt pampered throughout my stay.

The spa and wellness center was amazing, offering the best massages that left us feeling rejuvenated every single day. We loved lounging on the sun terrace with stunning views and our favorite drinks in hand. The beach access made it so convenient for us to enjoy the sand and surf whenever we wanted!

Many pool activities kept us entertained all day, thanks to the energetic entertainment staff. The food at the restaurants was often just average and disappointing. Our room had a great view, and the decor throughout the hotel was lovely. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but the dining options need improvement.

We faced a hiccup at check-in when our room wasn’t ready, and we had to move floors due to a door lock issue. The room itself had a shortage of outlets, which made charging devices a hassle, and the bathrooms emitted a rather unpleasant odor. Additionally, the poolside snacks left much to be desired, and I noticed the men's bathroom by the upper pool was out of commission throughout our stay.

I recently enjoyed my stay at a beautiful hotel with a stunning ocean view and a comfortable bed, just minutes away from the beach, making it perfect for morning strolls along the soft, white sands. plus, we were so close to attractions like the Cancun Wax Museum and Marlin Beach, which were all less than 2 km away, easy to reach on foot.

Staying for a family vacation was an amazing experience. The property was beautiful, and the restaurants offered outstanding food. I especially loved the Italian restaurant. The entertainment activities, like karaoke and themed nights, kept us engaged and made our time enjoyable. I appreciated the spaciousness of our room with breathtaking views and the attentive staff service, although it would have been nice if our butler had checked on us more frequently. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway, and I would return in a heartbeat.
