The location is great, right in the heart of downtown and close to attractions. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The Wi-Fi is free and reliable. The check-in/check-out process is quick and easy. There is plenty of safe parking available. Each room has a refrigerator and a single cup coffee maker. The hotel offers free unlimited coffee in the morning and has a restaurant and room service.

The continental breakfast and the location were both good. Had a nice staycation with my friends in the city center, close to all the shops and restaurants. the staff was helpful, providing us with maps and suggestions. the room was quiet, so we didn't hear much noise from other guests. Enjoyed having a drink in the bar, and the water cooler was great for refilling our bottles.

The hotel was quite old and run down. Lots of things in the room were broken, including some of the chairs and furniture.
