This hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby Disney stores and attractions. The staff are friendly and provide great service. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with a kitchenette and sofa bed. Additionally, the breakfast offered is a nice perk.

The suite was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff, particularly Kris Kelly and the receptionist, were excellent and always helpful. The location was convenient, with a 7/11 and various restaurants nearby. The shuttle service was fantastic, offering affordable transportation to various attractions, including Orange outlets and Disneyland. The amenities provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Our family of 11 had a great time at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the game area was a hit with the kids. The location was convenient and we enjoyed walking to Disneyland one day. we would recommend this hotel for families visiting the area.

The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, just a short distance away from the main attractions. We were able to easily access public transportation and there were plenty of restaurants in the area. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. The rooms were not properly cleaned, with visible hairs on the beds and in the bathroom. It was disappointing to find such lack of attention to detail. Furthermore, the size of the pool and game room were underwhelming. The pool was small and not ideal for relaxing, while the game room lacked enough recreational options. Additionally, the lack of daily cleaning service, even for a week-long stay, was inconvenient.

The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The location was convenient for our family trip to Disneyland, with a bus stop right outside the motel. The front staff was pleasant and helpful, and we appreciated the valet parking service. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, convenience, and friendly service.

The staff was friendly and the room was extremely clean. The layout of the room was nice and the kitchen was useful. Convenient location to Disneyland, Convention center, and The Garden Walk shopping center with great restaurants.

Nothing that we didn't like.

Our romantic escape at this hotel was great! The friendly staff and clean room made us feel comfortable and welcomed. We especially liked the fact that free coffee was available all day long and that the hotel offered us delicious complementary breakfast snacks in the morning. The location was amazing as we were walking distance from two great restaurants with a beautiful view of the ocean and the city lights. We really enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub as well!

We were disappointed to find out that the room was not cleaned every day. Although the staff kindly offered us additional towels upon request, we would have preferred to have the room cleaned daily.
