We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a king bed and loft with a queen bed. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a fully furnished room with a kitchenette and all the necessary amenities. The staff was nice and polite, providing us with everything we needed. The hotel is located in a quiet area with restaurants nearby. It was also conveniently located to the sites we wanted to visit in this city.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were attentive and delivered the extra items we needed promptly. the breakfast options were delicious, especially the eggs and bagels. Additionally, the location of the hotel was easily accessible and close to the attractions we wanted to visit.

There were a couple of issues during our stay. the smell in our room was quite unpleasant and we had to use Fabreeze to try and mask it.

The rooms were clean and quiet, and having a whole kitchen was a plus. the location was great, as it was close to I, 40 and Menaul Blvd. Some restaurants were also nearby, making it convenient for meals.

One of the downsides was the confusion during check, in due to the main office being under renovation. the directions provided were unclear.

The hotel offers great value for money with spacious and comfortable rooms, including 2 full baths and fireplaces. The location is perfect, with restaurants nearby and a quiet atmosphere. Breakfast is included and staff is friendly and accommodating.

Room cleaning could be improved.

The location is great--right off the freeway and close to lots of city amenities. The suite was comfortable once we were inside. Loved the Penthouse loft. It was like having a small apartment. Made a 5-day stay much more comfortable. World market and Whole Foods nearly across the street. Great burger joint half a block away. Walmart and McDonald's less than 5 minutes away. The place was clean and quiet. Having a whole kitchen is a plus here. The units are like condominiums with a private entrance. I felt safe in the area. Some restaurants are nearby.

I recently stayed at Sonesta for the balloon fiesta and it was perfect! The location was ideal and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spacious and had great amenities, including a nice pool area. The breakfast was delicious and the server/kitchen staff were very friendly. I also loved the pet area with waste station and the comfortable bed with clean sheets and towels. The outdoor fire pit was a great touch, especially with the complimentary marshmallows and graham crackers one night. it was a wonderful stay.
